- Research work at CMU focuses on improving API usability (eSOA, SAP) and the learnability of programming tools (SASyLF).
- Has been a consultant in User Experience Research and Design for the clients including Nokia, Nokia Siemens, HP, Flir, Sony, NEC, Alibaba China, BMCC (Beijing Mobil Communication Company).
- Products designed and tested: mobile phone interface,application for mobile devices, navigation panel for camera, web portals for mobile company, SAP CRM, SAP API interface.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Design, Xi'an Jiao Tong University in China
